The fund doesn't make initial investment which exceeds the 10 percent of most recent net asset value of the portfolio company. The fund also doesn't seek to make investments in excess of 19.9 or 20 percent of the value of portfolio companies. It invests in the companies having enterprise value of at least $500 million. The fund seeks to make long term minority investments.
